What we get wrong, on purpose, in public.

Albi publishes its own audit. No US international-student service does this. From day 30 we add monthly external audit results. Today (day 0), this page is honest about what is and is not in place yet.

Today (day 0) — what is live

• Charter v0.1 with 15 redlines is published.
• Evidence model L0–L5 is published.
• Three founding cases are named in spec — Case #003 is reserved for a non-Chinese international student (§3.14).
• Build pipeline: Next.js static export · Cloudflare Pages · the same pipeline m516 LongProof and m511 ClearCancer use today.
• Forbidden-phrase scan: 8 EN + 6 ZH phrases grepped against app/ and the built out/. Build fails on any hit.

Not live yet — what we say we will do

• Day 1–7. Sprint 0 onboarding for Founding Cases #001 and #002. Reviewer pool of 3+ blinded reviewers per case.
• Day 8–15. First L3 contribution merged into a real ecosystem project (m590 advisor anchor extension or m610-612 annotation).
• Day 30. First external audit by m562 against this dashboard: ledger consistency, decline-rate floor, payment firewall integrity, fabrication scan.
• Day 60. Public Evidence Portfolio at /u/<slug> for at least one Founding Case with consent_status=written.

What this page promises

• Each audit result, redacted of PII, is published here within seven days of completion.
• Reviewer decline rates are published in aggregate every month.
• Any redline grep regression that ever happened is logged here, even if patched the same day.
• Any Charter revision that ships is changelogged here, with the owner ACK timestamp.

What this page does not contain

• Student names, schools, visa status, employer, or family-finance information.
• Reviewer names with payment status correlation.
• Any outcome claim about admissions, visas, or jobs.
